About Tribe
Tribe is a movement experience created to offer an easy-to-follow, thoughtfully structured workout inspired by a fusion of bellydance and yoga influences. Each class follows a clear structure that makes the workout feel approachable. Movement is taught by guiding participants through a warm-up, focused drills, and short choreography in a way that is simple to follow. By combining bellydance-based movements with yogic stretching, students build strength, coordination, and confidence as they move with clarity and purpose.
Classes are designed to build balance, coordination, and grace. Fluid warm-ups encourage mobility through the shoulders, spine, and hips. Focused drills and guided breakdowns support strength, muscular control, and body awareness. Unique choreographies allow students to experience the satisfaction of learning new dances in each class.
